 How long does it take for orders to ship?

We process and ship all orders placed within 24 - 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).  You will receive confirmation emails when the order is placed as well as when the order has shipped.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once Isla Boutique receives your return it will be processed in 1-3 business days. If you want a store credit it will be issued in the form of a gift card and sent via email to the address used to place the original order.

How does sizing run?

Sizing is standard US sizing unless otherwise stated in the product listing.  Find our size chart here.

When are you getting more of _______ in stock?

We like to keep our styles more exclusive for our customers so we don’t always restock.  We suggest getting it when you see it.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

Please send pictures of the damages within 1-3 days of receiving the merchandise to hello@isla-boutique.com

How do I track my package?

The moment your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder.  You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Why is my item “not available for return?”

All marked down sale items, accessories, intimates, and bodysuits are final sale.  All orders purchased exceeding the 15 day exchange period are not eligible for return.

What is Re:Do?

Checkout with the $1.50 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. This is only compatible with our website at this time. Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
