Hi, I absolutely hate to hear that you do not love our bestselling dress. We have sold more than I can count off the top my head and this is our first negative response to this favorite. While I do hate that you don't love your new closet addition, I do want to point out that we have not changed our return policy since you placed your order on 9/15. This has been our policy, and this remains to be our policy. As a small business we have policies for protection and must abide by said policies. While I wish we could offer special treatment for one customer, we have an overwhelming number of loyal customers that all abide by the policy so that would be unfair, as I am sure you can understand.
