To start a return or exchange visit our return center here.

At Isla Boutique, we understand that sometimes things aren't as expected. We will gladly accept returns and will issue full credit for the amount of the item(s). Please see our full return policy below.

  • Returns can be refunded in the form store credit or refund to original payment method.
  • All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, scent free, no deodorant or make-up stains, and with all tags attached.
  • All SALE items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective box. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • All items bought at door buster prices are final sale and returns will not be accepted

Please allow up to 7 business days after confirmed delivery for your return to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed.

Isla Boutique is not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged packages. We recommend tracking and insuring your return package.
